Al Gore’s ‘Solutions’ Are Impractical
Jul 28th, 2008 by Rick Arms
Gore wants the United States to use 100% clean and renewable energy in 10 years. Unlike John F. Kennedy’s call for a moon landing, Gore’s call for action is completely impractical. For starters, the environmentalists won’t let us build a nuclear plant. Nuclear is clean and safe but after decades of scare tactics by the environmentalist left, they’ve scared Americans into thinking a Chernobyl-like event will happen and most of the country will be uninhabitable. Also, how does Gore propose we convert all of our industry to using renewable energy sources without completely wrecking our economy? Is the government going to prop everyone up? I bet he’d like that. Maybe a monarchy is in order here and we can just call him Al - King Al. Until solar, hydroelectric and geothermal energy becomes efficient, it’s just not possible, Mr. Gore. Sorry to disappoint you.
