Global warming blamed for increase in stray cat cases

I almost fell off my chair when I read this article in Herald Sun that the RSPCA claims climate change is producing a boom in the number of feral felines prowling streets in Melbourne’s leafy east.I think someone should tell the RSPCA that the globe has NOT warmed for a decade and that Melbourne has had its coldest winter in 10 years!
